How are your products sized?

We have size charts and info included in all product descriptions. Our best advice is to measure a piece of clothing you already own that you love, and use those measurements to select the size that best matches! We have made it a priority to only work with manufacturers who offer extended size options in order for our products to fit comfortably on all bodies.

Where are you located?

We are based in Northern Virginia (recently moved from North Carolina) near the mountains! We do work with production partners both local and international to make and ship our products as they are ordered. You can read the product descriptions for each product to find out where the product will be made. Most of our items are printed in the USA!

What are your shipping details?

Orders are typically shipped out 5-15 business days after the order being placed. You will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times vary, depending on manufacture location.  Multiple items in an order may ship separately, but we offset all emissions. Contact us with your order number for any questions or concerns!

What is your return policy?

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your order. We offer a refund or exchange, whichever you prefer. Coffee items are the only items exempt from being returned. Shipping costs are typically non-refundable.

What is your Order Cancellation policy?

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of order placement and we will do our best to cancel and refund if the order has not yet gone into production. If the order has gone into production and we are unable to cancel, you will have to wait until your order is delivered and then return the item for a refund.

Are products made in the USA?

We have products made in the USA, some products made in China, products made in Canada, Mexico, and even elsewhere in the world! Each product should have a note stating where it is made in the description. We believe in a global economy and we do our best to select manufacturers who align with our goals of sustainability and reducing waste from over-production. We are also a small business based out of Virginia creating our own art and designs for every product you see; so we do everything we can to partner with great companies to print, sew, and ship the final products to our fabulous customers! Note: some items are printed in the USA by local companies, but the blank item or blank fabric used may have been sourced from China or elsewhere in the world. 

How are you trying to make diversity in the Outdoors better?

We are doing our best to be conscious of the images and representation of our products that we put out into the world. We believe in creating an open, diverse outdoors that welcomes everyone safely. This means there is a lot of work and learning (and un-learning) that we do within our small family business to make sure we are part of the solution rather than part of the problem.
